Instructions for Herb chicken on potato bottom
To prepare the Herb chicken on potato bottom recipe, please follow these instructions:
Guilt and dry spices thoroughly. Chop them and stir them together with the oil. Butter the herbs on the chicken pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Put the potatoes in the bottom of an ovenproof glass dish. Sprinkle with salt and Marjoram or oregano. Put the chicken pieces on top of the potato bottom.
Set the dish in the oven at 175 degrees for about 45 min or to the chicken is done.
Serve with French bread and salad.
