To prepare the Hedekys with chocolate mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Break the chocolate into small pieces and give it a rehash with piskefløden. Style it in the refrigerator or freezer until it is completely cold. Whip chocolate cream with a hand mixer until it is stiff and breezy. Fill cream in an icing bag and make a small top on 18 Hedekys. Close with the last 18 Hedekys. Store the cakes cool.

Tips:
The cream 1-3 can be made days in advance. Pasties can easily be stored cold overnight.
