Ingredients for Heavenly Buns

50 | g | Yeast |
70 | g | Margarine |
750-900 | g | Wheat flour |
85 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Heavenly Buns
To prepare the Heavenly Buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lun milk until it is lukewarm (NOT HOT)
Whip thoroughly chopped out (until it is completely dissolved) - then whip the egg in.
Crumble the Margarine in the flour.
Add the rest, (sugar, salt and yeast mixture) and stir thoroughly
Pour the dough onto the table and knead it well until it is smooth and does not stick to the fingers.
Put the dough to raise a warm place
For 1 hour (IMPORTANT!) ..
Spread the air out of the dough, shape it to buns and place them on the baking sheet.
Then, the shaped buns must rise for 30 minutes (IMPORTANT).
Brush the balls with eggs, water or milk.
Bake them in the middle groove of the oven for 10-12 min. At 180 degrees (hot air)
200 degrees (oven)
Lay the hot buns on a grate with the bottom in the air to cool.
