125 | g | Butter or margarine |

Instructions for Ham waffles
To prepare the Ham waffles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and egg yolks, stirred well. Flour and baking powder sifted into dough along with mineral water. The ham chopped finely and place in the batter along with very finely chopped onion.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add a bit of freshly grated nutmeg.
Eventually reversed the stiftpiskede egg whites into the batter, bake in waffle iron, to vaflerne is golden and crispy.
Tips:
