Instructions for Ham pie with broccoli
To prepare the Ham pie with broccoli recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the margarine into the flour, add salt and collect the dough with water. Cold 1 hour before resting the dough is distributed in the pricked with a fork and pre-baked 10 min.
Steam broccoli bouquets in 2 minutes in lightly salted water. Saute onion and mushrooms in the oil. Got ham, onion, mushroom and broccoli in pie bottom.
Whisk eggs, milk and seasonings together and pour over the filling.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
