Instructions for Halmstad Pie
To prepare the Halmstad Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the chocolate into pieces. Let it melt in a bowl over hot water. Stir fat and sugar white and airy, add egg pockets, one at a time, and the melted chocolate. Add flour, sift baking soda and stir. Butter a round shape about 22 cm in diameter and sprinkle with raspberries. Pour the dough in and behind it at 175 degrees on the bottom groove for about 30 minutes. Try a needle if the cake is dry in the middle. Flip it on a grate and let it cool under a cloth. Divide the cake into three bottoms. Whip 2 dl of cream to foam, spread it on two of the bottom and cover with the third bottom. Stitch the hole in the whole cake with a needle, pour the cream and let it penetrate into the cake. Prepare for this and leave the cake cold underneath foil. Melt the chocolate to the garnish and widen it upstairs and the edges. Sprinkle almonds immediately and let the pie stand cold, so the chocolate stiffens.
