300 | g | Grahams |
4 | tbsp | Olive oil |
4 | tbsp | Sugar |
5 | dl | Water |
700 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Half coarse buns
To prepare the Half coarse buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour lukewarm water, yeast and eggs into a bowl. Stir it together. Bring a cup of flour and pour sugar, salt and oil on top. It is pelted together. Pour the rest of the flour in and stir it and then knead it on the table. 200 times
The dough is then divided into 12 equal pieces, shaped into round buns. Raises for 30min. With a cloth over.
Brush (or by hand) in cold water all over and down the sides. Bake approx. 18min at 200 degrees.
