Ingredients for Grove flutes with salmon
1 | dl | Greek yoghurt 2% |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
1 | dl | Water extra (for yeast) |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
125 | g | Wholemeal rye flour |
210 | g | Wholemeal spelt flour or whole wheat flour |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | dl | Boiling water |
50 | g | Yeast |
60 | g | Sifting |
Instructions for Grove flutes with salmon
To prepare the Grove flutes with salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:
All kinds of flour minus alm. Wheat flour poured into a bowl where the 4 dl. Boiling water poured over the flour.
- Let it take 1 hour or 2.
Sprinkle yeast into 1 dl water, add the yeast salt and the sugar then.
Pour into the bowl of the coarse melting melons, knead all the flour in.
- Let it rise for an hour.
Form the dough for 3 flutes, cut 3 slanted grooves in each piece and leave for 15 minutes. Pinch with whatever you want. I am using skim milk.
Bake at about 25-30 min at 200 degrees.
tips:
When the breads are baked and chilled, they taste delicious, with greased philidelphia lubricant cheese, possibly on the bottom of the bread, and green pesto on the top. Smoked salmon (Norwegian smoked salmon is highly recommended!) Red onions salad leaves slices of tomato. You can also add potatoes in both baked baked baked chilli / mayonaise to deep. Delicious fairly healthy "Burgermenu".
