Ingredients for Grilled steak with fiber straw

Oil and margarine for frying
The stick from a cane broccoli
Water
0.25Cucumber
0.75trayCherry tomatoes
1dl(whipping) cream
1Small beef roast of bovklump
1Onion
1bundleRadishes
1tbspSunflower kernels
1-2cloveGarlic
200gFresh mushroom

Instructions for Grilled steak with fiber straw

To prepare the Grilled steak with fiber straw recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop onion and garlic nicely. Heat oil and margarine in a frying pan and season onion and garlic. Brown ox road on all sides. Add the mushroom and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
