8 | bullets | Carte d'or stracciatella (200 g/400 ml) |

To prepare the Grilled peaches with Stracciatella recipe, please follow these instructions:
how to do it
1. Heat a frying pan until it's hot.
2. Cut the peaches in half, remove the stone. Sprinkle flour on the cut side of peaches.
3. Pour some oil onto the griddle and place the peaches with the cut side down. Grilled for 1-2 minutes.
4. Serve with a ball of Carte d'Or Stracciatella in each of the half peaches.
5. Decorate with roasted almonds and serve immediately.
