1 | pinch | Ancho chili pepper style |
1 | bag | Honey marinade |
1 | tsp | Curry, extra strong |
1 | pinch | Coriander, ground |
1 | tsp | Lime juice |
1 | pinch | Parsley |
1/2 | dl | Spring onions, finely chopped |
100 | g | Butter (room temperature) |
3 | tbsp | Mango chutney |
600 | g | Salmon fillets, 4 PCs |

Mix all the ingredients of the mango butter together. Put the mango butter on the sandwich paper and roll the butter for a long roll. Put the roll in the freezer.
