Instructions for Grilled herring fillets
To prepare the Grilled herring fillets recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wipe the herring well and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bring onions, peppers and cucumbers on half of the fillets and put the rest over. Push them lightly together. Grease them with oil and place them on a brushed double iron. Grill the herrings for 8 minutes on each side and serve them with tomato salad, flutes or coarse bread.
tips:
The fish can be placed in a marinade 1 hour before the grill bill. Here are 2 good marinades: 3 tablespoons of soy sauce together with 3 tablespoons of sherry, 3 tablespoons of oil and a little garlic powder or 1 finely chopped onion together with 2 tablespoons of oil, 1½ tablespoons of mustard, 1½ tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 dl of tomato paste and a little salt.
