Instructions for Green ketchup

To prepare the Green ketchup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wash green tomatoes and cut them in both. Chop them in a food processor with onions, mackerel, pepper, green chili and fresh ginger - all cleaned and cut into rough pieces.

Bring the saucepan to a saucepan with water and let it boil with stirring approx. 15 minutes.

Add vinegar, sugar and salt and cook for 5 min. more.

Blend the ketchup evenly, add if necessary. Preservative and fill it on cleaned, flushed bottles or glass that closes immediately.
