3 | kg | Green cucumbers |

450 | g | Salt |

Instructions for Green cucumbers with onion and dill
To prepare the Green cucumbers with onion and dill recipe, please follow these instructions:
Add the salt layer, add vinegar and Atamon and cool.
The cucumbers are brushed clean and cut at both ends. Cook the onions 3 min. In water, drained and peeled. The cold brine poured over cucumbers and onion, held down with a slight pressure. The pot is covered and cooled approx. 2 days. The salt layer is discarded.
The vinegar is boiled. The sugar is sprinkled in. When the layer is boiling again pour cucumbers, onions, dill and spices. Everything is warmed up until the layers are pearled at the edge. The pot is removed from the heat. Atamon is stirred in. Everything is filled in an Atamon-filled jar, covered with a cloth and bound to the next day.
