40 | g | Parmesan |
50 | g | Butter |
65 | g | Emmental cheese cut into thin slices |

To prepare the Gratinerede asparagus (Asparagi Al Gratin) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crack or cut the tread end of aspargsene and fault them well. Boil the asparagus in 7 minutes in salted water. Drain and pat dry.
Put half of the asparagus in a greased ovenproof dish with the tip inside and half of the butter in dabs.
Sprinkle with the parmesan, cover with Emmenthal and pour the warm bechamel sauce over.
Finish with the remaining asparagus and butter blobs.
Behind the gratinen for 15 minutes at 180 degrees c. alm. oven.
