Ingredients for Gratin salmon
1 | Finely chopped shallots | |
1 | tbsp | White wine vinegar |
1.5 | dl | Fish broth |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
250 | g | Salmon fillet in two pieces |
3 | slices | French bread crumbled (without rind) |
3 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
50 | g | Butter softened |
Instructions for Gratin salmon
To prepare the Gratin salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the salmon in a small greased ovenproof dish and sprinkle lemon juice over it.
Stir the butter together with bread, chopped onions and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Grease the mixture on the top of the fish.
Pour fish broth and white wine vinegar by and put the dish in a hot oven. First 10 min. At 250 degrees C. alm. oven. Then 5 min at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
