To prepare the Grapefruit vodkasorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the juice, vodka and sugar in a bowl and freeze it for 12 hours. Whip in a blender and freeze again. Take the mixture out 15 minutes before serving and decorate with mint leaves.
