To prepare the Grandmother Elisabeth's honey cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Egg yolks, brown sugar and honey, stir lightly and foamy. Spices, antler salt, finely chopped sukat and flour mix and stirred together with approximately 1/3 of the very stiffly beaten egg whites. The rest of the stiff egg whites be turned in at the end.
The dough is filled into a well-oiled, preferably meldrysset, form.
Bake at 150 degrees c. alm. oven in 1-1 ΒΌ hour.
Can garnish with glaze or sieved icing sugar and possibly. sukat.
