Instructions for Grønlangkål from Lolland
To prepare the Grønlangkål from Lolland recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cabbage is ribbed and boiled in water with a little salt approx. 45 minutes.
The tap water is pressed by the cabbage. There must be no water left. The cabbage is chopped once through the meat chopper or fine with a knife.
Saute the cabbage in the butter. Add the cream and boil. Season with salt, pepper and some sugar. Take care not to burn.
The cabbage is served with cinnamon sugar. Cooked, salted or smoked pork and boiled mediter sauce were also served.
When serving, take the skin off the sausage, cut into appropriate pieces and flatten along.
