500 | g | Beef into cubes |

To prepare the Gormehsabzi ba polo (gormehsabzi with rice) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put sabzi gormeh in soft water 2 hours before. Chop the onions well and season them in the oil until golden. Bring the meat and brown it with high heat. Add salt and turmeric. Turn down the heat and add the soaked sabzi gormeh with 4-5 dl of water. Add the white beans. Let the dish simmer under the lid for approx. 1 hour. If necessary, add water or oil along the way.
Serve with Safranris and Salad Shirazi.
