100 | g | Almond flakes |
125 | g | Wheat flour |
125 | g | Butter |
125 | g | Sugar |
500 | g | Green gooseberries, fresh |
Instructions for Gooseberry Pie
To prepare the Gooseberry Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and nip the strawberries. Boil a bowl of water and sugar and add ginger and berries. Cook for approx. 6 minutes.
Take the berries with a casing and put them in a pie shape. Cook the layer until it has a syrupy consistency. Pour it over the supports.
Stir the butter and sugar together, stir the egg together with flour and almonds. Wide the dough over the supports.
Bake it in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20-25 minutes to the surface is crisp and golden.
Eat with ice-cold whipped cream.
