Ingredients for Ginger Chicken

Instructions for Ginger Chicken
To prepare the Ginger Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Remove if necessary. giblets from the chicken and part it into eight pieces. Slice the ginger and garlic very finely and saute both at not too high heat in the two oils.
