600 | g | Veal cut by hand |
Instructions for Geschnetzeltes
To prepare the Geschnetzeltes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sauté the thinly cut veal on all sides in hot butter. Take it from the Pan, season with salt, pepper, keep the server lun. Reduce heat slightly, chop the onion finely pour it in the pan with the fat from the meat. Saute briefly, then add the wine.
The sauce boil in half. Add the cream and bring to a boil, season with salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice. Warm the meat in sauce, but without boiling.
Server with a little parsley.
According to tradition serves rosti.
