To prepare the German potato salad with bacontern recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the potatoes in fried bites. Cut the bacon into the tern, raise it and let the crispy bacon drip off. Use approx. 2 tablespoons. Cut the chopped onion with it. Add flour and stir until the mixture is thick. Then add vinegar, bacon, potatoes and stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
