Ingredients for German curry sauce
1 | tsp | Chili powder |
1 | tsp | Soy sauce |
1 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
2 | tbsp | Honey |
2 | tbsp | Curry |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
2 | Small onion or 1 large onion finely chopped | |
250 | g | Ketchup |
3 | tbsp | Balsamic vinegar |
4 | Frankfurter |
Instructions for German curry sauce
To prepare the German curry sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop onion, glazed onions in olive oil, add tomato paste and boil briefly and add a little water.
Add Ketchup, balsamic, honey and boil for a short period of time.
Add soy sauce, curry and chili if necessary so diluted with a little water.
Cut the sliced sausages into slices, pour sauce over and sprinkle with a little curry. Pomfritter is a nice accessory!
