1 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | tbsp | Liquid glucose syrup |
200 | g | Dark chocolate for coating |
25 | g | White or light chocolate for garnish |
250 | g | Light chocolate |
Instructions for Ganache with earl grey
To prepare the Ganache with earl grey recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chocolate chopped and melted over a water bath. The cream to the boil with the syrup and tea and whipped in the melted chocolate. Cool the mass under heavy stirring.
