Instructions for Fruit rolls
To prepare the Fruit rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the selected berries / fruits into a pan, along with the water. Let it boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
Bring baking paper on a baking sheet and butter the baking paper with oil - in a very thin layer. Then spread the fruit / berry mass onto the baking paper with dough scrapers.
The mass is dried in the oven at 75 degrees hot air for 4-6 hours - however, it is very different from oven to oven, how long it should have. So look at it along the way. It's done when the surface is dry and firm, you can easily remove it from the baking paper - then it's done.
Allow it to cool completely and use a scissors to cut strips and roll them.
