Instructions for Fried rice (Nasi Goreng)
To prepare the Fried rice (Nasi Goreng) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the rice loose. It is important that the cooked rice is firm and loose. It is best if you cook the rice the day before, stir it loose with a fork and place it cool. That way, it will not stick when fry. There is a risk if you take the fresh boil off the pan and immediately fry it.
Chop the loaf and garlic finely and cut the three kinds of meat into thin strips (2 cm long and 1 cm wide)
Heat the oil on a pan and let the onion and garlic rose transparently. Then the meat strips are on the forehead and fry approx. 15 minutes after which they are seasoned with Sambal Olek. Turn the cooked rice gently into the meat mixture and season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Leave all roast for medium heat until the rice has become golden. Pour the finished dish onto a hot dish and decorate with ham and omelette strips.
Omelet :
For the omelet, melt 1 tbsp. Butter on a hot forehead. The eggs are whipped together with salt and pepper and baked into an omelet cut into strips. For this purpose, mixed salad and prawns are suitable.
