The March Hare is split into small pieces, Brown in the pan. and placed in stegessoen Tomatoes are added over the Hare. Mushrooms should preferably be whole, FRY quick by strong heat on the forehead, and wine, cream, sherry are added when the mushrooms have cooled a bit of. This is poured over the hare and tomatoes, and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 3/4 hour. and ready for serving. Add if necessary. suit.
Tips:
Rabbit can also be used. I will be serving potato wedges to which is tossed in a little olive oil and sprinkled with salt. as put in oven on baking paper the last 40 min of red wine may be added instead of white wine, and so may well be dispensed with sherry.
