100 | g | Desiccated coconut |
125 | g | Sugar |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Potato flour |
250 | g | Butter |
3 | tsp | Baking soda |
3 | dl | Milk |
4 | Egg yolks | |
4 | Egg whites |
Instructions for Fried pancake with coconut
To prepare the Fried pancake with coconut recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the softened butter with sugar until it is light and smooth. Stir the egg yolks in one at a time and stir well between each.
Mix and sift wheat flour, potato flour and baking soda and stir it alternately with milk.
Wipe the dough into a frying pan, lubricated or coated with baking paper.
Bake on the bottom groove in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile whites are whipped stiff. Irrigate sugar a few times and add vanilla sugar and coconut flour.
Wide the dough over the semi-baked cake and continue baking for about 15-20 minutes.
Cool in the pan.
