150 | g | Butter |
2 | dl | Apricot jam |
250 | g | Sugar |

To prepare the Fried pancake with cinnamon, apples and almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip soft butter, sugar and vanilla grains thickly, add the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with baking soda and turn it into the dough that is stirred together.
Wipe the dough into a well-baked pan of approx. 23x33 cm. Pour the apple boats (like Cox orange) into the dough and sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture and chopped almonds into a thick layer.
Pour the cake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees C. Alm. Oven for approx. 30 minutes.
Take the cake out.
Melt and purge the apricot marmalade in a small pot of lemon juice and glace the cake with the marmalade. Put it in the oven again and behind it for another 5-10 minutes.
Remove the cake and allow it to cool almost completely before cutting it into squares.
