Ingredients for Fried fries
½ | tsp | Salt |
1 | Egg white | |
1 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
1 | clove | Garlic |
1 | bundle | Parsley, chopped |
1 | dl | Water |
125 | g | Flour |
2 | tbsp | Oil or melted butter |
3/4 | dl | Beer |
4 | tbsp | Olive oil, extra |
8-10 | couple | Frogs ' legs |
Instructions for Fried fries
To prepare the Fried fries recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fry years are thawed and wiped with kitchen rolls. Stir lemon juice, olive oil, chopped garlic and parsley together into a marinade. Put the thighs in the marinade and let them pull in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
