Sweet chili sauce to taste

1tbspOlive oil for frying
1Red chili, udkernet
1Red onion
2Tomatoes, udkernet meat
3dlBulgur
4dlWater or vegetable broth
600gCod fillet with skin

Instructions for Fried cod with salsa (low fat)

To prepare the Fried cod with salsa (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the fish into portion-sized pieces and scratch the skin side with a sharp knife. Sprinkle salt, pepper and a little lemon or lime juice and shake the fish on the skin side 5-6 minutes in a little olive oil.
