Instructions for Fried cod roe

To prepare the Fried cod roe recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the ROE in plenty of water with salt and vinegar in 40-45 minutes, very large eggs cooked until 1 hour. Pak may have occurred. ROE into wax paper or tinfoil.

When the ROE is cold, cut it into 1 – 1 ½ cm. thick slices, which reversed in flour, egg and bread crumbs.

FRY in fat in the pan.

Served with potatoes, remulade sauce or herb butter, garnish with lemon and possibly both. parsley.
