To prepare the Freshly baked apples on crem anglaise recipe, please follow these instructions:
CREMEN ANGLAISE:
Milk / cream is boiled with sugar and vanilla marrow.
Egg yolks are whipped together in a bowl, whip a little of the boiling milk / cream, then whip the egg mixture into the milk / cream cream, whip the cream with low heat until it is alloyed, sieved and cooled. Can be added with a liqueur
