Instructions for Fresh tuna with tomatoes
To prepare the Fresh tuna with tomatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The lid is peeled and cut into slices.
The tuns are rinsed and tipped dry. Salt and pepper are placed in a deep plate together with the wheat flour and the tuna steaks are turned into the flour.
The tuna steaks are put on a frying pan without grease and roasted to make them golden on both sides. They may only be fry until they are passed so they do not get cool and boring. It may be good if they are cooking too long.
