Instructions for Fresh lemon cake
To prepare the Fresh lemon cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar frothy. Mix flour and baking soda and mix this mixture in the dough alternately with the milk. Stir the melted, chilled butter, lemon juice and spoonful into the dough at last.
Distribute the dough into a well-ground, rasped spring shape (20-22 cm in diameter).
Bake the cake immediately in the oven at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 40 min until it is golden and pierced. Let the cake cool on the baker.
Stir sifted flour and lemon juice together, spread the glaze over the cold cake and decorate it with sliced almonds or fresh lemon balm.
