To prepare the French farmer bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast in lightly cool water. Stir salt in. Eat the flour for dough and allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Turn the air out of the dough and allow it to adhere for 15 minutes. Turn the air out of the dough and let it rest for 3-4 minutes. Form it for bread or baguettes.
Put the bread in a 270 degree hot oven, but turn down to 210 degrees and then complete the bread approx. 30 minutes (baguettes baked 10 minutes at 270 degrees). Pour a few dl. Water in the bottom of the oven to create steam. This makes the breadcrumbs more elastic and easier to expand and the bread gets the best possible curvature and crust.
