1 | tsp | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Oil |
3 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
8-9 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for French bread 08
To prepare the French bread 08 recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Stir yeast into the water
2. Add salt, sugar and oil
3. Come approx. Half of the flour and knead the dough well
4. Spoon more flour until the dough drops
5. Pour the dough into a ball, let it rest for 5 minutes.
6. Beat the ball flat. Bend 2 of the sides into the middle and the ends in. Put the dough in the middle and roll it into a thick sausage
7. Put the bread in a greased form. Butter with milk and rip along the bread
8. Cover the mold with a towel and raise it for 20 minutes. In a quiet place
9. Behind the bottom of the oven for approx. 30 min. At 200 degrees (hot air)
10. Place the bread to cool on a grate
