Ingredients for French bean pot
1 | bundle | Minced parsley |
1 | Bay leaf | |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
2 | Onions, diced | |
200 | g | Salted pork into cubes |
25 | g | Butter |
3 | dl | Chicken broth |
4 | Potatoes, diced | |
400 | g | New carrots into thick slices |
750 | g | Green beans |
Instructions for French bean pot
To prepare the French bean pot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the pork in a boil with water added a bay leaf and possibly. A little pepper and let it boil 5 min. Take the meat off, let it dry off and dry it with a roll of paper.
Boil the potatoes in the same water for 5 minutes. Pour the water and let the potatoes dripping off.
Boil the beans barely in plenty, lets salted water, approx. 3 min.
Saute the pork tenderloin in butter in a frying pan until they have a little color. Add onions, carrots and sugar and sauté until the onions are ready and the sugar begins to caramelize. Add broth, potatoes and beans and warm the dishes until as much as all the broth is soaked.
Season with plenty of freshly squeezed pepper and possibly. salt.
Server with chopped parsley and country bread.
