Ingredients for Forårsløgtærte

0.5tspChili pepper strong
0.5tspCoarse salt
1cloveCrushed garlic
1.5dlCreme fraich 9%
100gFinely grated cheddar cheese
100gCold butter
175gWheat flour
200gCottage cheese
3Eggs
7Spring onions into thin rings

Instructions for Forårsløgtærte

To prepare the Forårsløgtærte recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough:
Cut the butter into smaller pieces and crumble it in the flour. Add salt and cream fraich and collect the dough quickly. Or, do it all in the food processor.
Put the dough covered in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Roll out the dough and put it in a greased pie (about 24 cm in diameter). Tie the bottom with a fork and simmer it in the middle of the oven for 12 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.

Filling:
Whip egg and creme fraich together. Mix the chilli and the other ingredients in it.

Distribute the filling into the baked bottom. Place the pie in the middle of the oven for approx. 30 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.

Serve hot or warm.
