Instructions for Flatbread
To prepare the Flatbread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the water in a food processor with batter and pour half of the flour. Slowly add the rest of the flour until the dough is firm and firm. Erase it manually 5 minutes.
Take a small lump of dough and roll it out to a sausage, 2cm x 8cm. With the casserole roll the dough rolls out thinly, 0.2 mm, and then place it on a baking sheet. It is ok to twist the thin dough so that it can be on the plate.
Sprinkle the dough on the plate with water and sprinkle with Maldon salt and possibly. Pepper, rosemary, chili flakes or other spices.
Put in an oven (like hot air) at 250 degrees for 5-8 minutes until golden and bubble slightly.
Served if required. With a little creme fraiche, guacamole, tomato salad ...
