16Fresh figs
2tbspHoney (e.g. Acacia)
250gPuff pastry
50gAlmond flour

Instructions for Fig tart in

To prepare the Fig tart in recipe, please follow these instructions:

Roll the dough out on a floured worktop and line a greased, floured pie dish with it. Prick with a fork and set it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Eggs and honey whipped to the light and airy texture. Stir in almond flour in and benefit the cream on pie bottom. The figs subordinated (washed and dried), halve them and put them next to each other with the flesh side up, pour sugar syrup over and behind the tart at 180 in 20 minutes to ½ hour.
