Ingredients for Festive muffins
Colored vermicelli | ||
0.5 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
100 | g | Butter or margarine |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | Egg whites | |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | dl | Quark |
2.5 | dl | Sugar |
200 | g | Dark chocolate block |
4 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Festive muffins
To prepare the Festive muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set the oven at 200 °. Grate half the chocolate and chop the rest roughly. Mix the flour, baking powder and soda well. Beat the fat and sugar with mixer until very fluffy. Add egg and egg whites one at a time and beat well after each egg. Whip melblandingen in at low speed a little at a time and whisk as kvarken. Flip the split and half of the chopped chocolate in. Divide the batter in a muffinform. Fill each hole 2/3 up. Sprinkle the rest of the chopped chocolate over. Bake in the oven for approx. 15 min. Style form on a rack and let it cool slightly. Sprinkle like little coloured vermicelli over before serving.
