Instructions for Faroese dessert cake
To prepare the Faroese dessert cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottoms: beat the egg whites very stiff. Beat the sugar in a little at a time. Turn gently desiccated coconut and chopped chocolate in. Put wax paper on a baking sheet and draw 2 circles each with a diameter of approx. 21 cm. Divide the batter in circles. Behind the bottoms in the lower part of the oven at 150 degrees for about 25 mins. Let bottoms swallow a little before they gently relaxed onto a wire rack to be cold.
Filling: Whip piskefløden into foam. Turn the sour cream in. Groftrevet apples mixed in cream filling. Taste, if desired. to with vaniliesukker. Favor the filling between the 2 bases.
