Instructions for Espresso cookies

To prepare the Espresso cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 220 degrees (ordinary oven).
Cover a baking sheet with a piece of baking paper.
Whip flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg together.
Add coffee and stir around.
Add flour and stir it all together for a smooth dough.
Use a spoon to place the dough on the baking paper for 14 round cookies.
Bake for 8 minutes.

Once cooled, they can be covered with icing if you wish.
