1 | dl | Mini milk |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
100-150 | g | Turkey bacon |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | pinch | Ground black pepper |
3 | dl | White wheat |
50 | g | Oil |
Instructions for English Breakfast Muffins Diabetes
To prepare the English Breakfast Muffins Diabetes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Inserts baconet into cubes and grate it, preferably on a dry Pan
Whip eggs and sugar white and frothy.
Add the oil and flour and whisk well.
Sift flour, baking powder and pepper in batter and whip for there are no lumps.
Turn the baconet into the dough.
Fill the dough in large muffin cups (silicone) they must only make 2/3 up.
Beat an egg out on top of each form.
Put in the oven and bake for my 15-20.
Take out of oven and immediately sprinkle with parsley or chives.
Tips:
Eaten warm. The small amount of sugar is ok for a diabetic.
