To prepare the Egg mush recipe, please follow these instructions:

Egg yolks whipped into foam and mix with 1/3 of the cold milk, the flour is mixed with this to a jævning. The rest of the milk to the boil, stirring regularly no poured herein and porridge to the boil. At no added salt and the stiftpiskede whites that must lie as tops in the porridge.

The porridge can be improved with vanilla, sugar and almonds, as well as several eggs, after which it is poured into the mold, cooled and eaten with hot red sauce.
