300gSugar
5Egg yolks
6dlCoffee cream

Instructions for Egg liqueur

To prepare the Egg liqueur recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the coffee cream and sugar up. Beat the egg yolks and vanilla sugar. Add a little by little the hot coffee cream into egg mixture. Pour all back into the Pan and set the cautious over the heat. Stir regularly to it thickens. Sieve the mixture before it cools.

Certain items poured in when it cools down. Advantage of the liqueur in suitable bottles.

The liqueur thickens when it is. Should be shaken.
