1 | tbsp | Sugar |
15 | g | Yeast |
200 | g | Durummel |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Durum morning buns
To prepare the Durum morning buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
In the evening: season the yeast into cold water, add oil, salt and sugar, and the flour. Let the stirrer knead for 8 minutes (the dough must be very soft)
Cool the dough in the refrigerator overnight
Next morning: turn on the oven and preheat it to 230 degrees
Put the dough on a plate with two tablespoons.
Sprinkle with a little durum flour
Baked for about 15-20 minutes. Till they are golden.
